We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, website, or legal rights.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability.
However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly because of differences in computer monitors, mobile devices, photography, materials, manufacturing processes, and printing or sublimation processes.
Product dimensions, capacities, colors, and other specifications may also have minor variations.
We may update product information, pricing, availability, or specifications when necessary.
Pricing and Availability
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee its availability or price until the order is successfully placed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or inventory errors.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to discuss available options, including cancellation and a refund when appropriate.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Coal Dust Customs reserves the right to cancel or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including:

- Problems with payment
- Shipping limitations
- Customer-provided content that we cannot reproduce

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Custom & Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.
This includes names, dates, wording, spelling, sizes, colors, images, artwork, and other customization details.
Coal Dust Customs is not responsible for errors contained in information or materials submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once production has begun, except when an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong product is received, or Coal Dust Customs makes an error during production or personalization.

Customer-Provided Artwork, Images & Designs
Customers may have the option to provide photographs, artwork, logos, graphics, text, designs, or other materials for use on custom products.
By submitting content to Coal Dust Customs, you represent that you:
- Own the content; or
- Have the necessary rights, licenses, consent, or permission to use and reproduce the content for the requested product.
You remain responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining any permissions necessary for its use.
Submitting copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material does not automatically give Coal Dust Customs permission to reproduce it.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a custom order when we reasonably believe the requested content may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our policies.
If an order is declined before production for this reason, amounts paid for the affected product will generally be refunded.
Rights to Customer-Provided Content
When you submit content for a custom order, you give Coal Dust Customs permission to use that content as reasonably necessary to review, produce, fulfill, and provide customer service related to your order.
You do not transfer ownership of your original content to Coal Dust Customs merely by submitting it for an order.
We will not claim ownership of customer-provided photographs, artwork, or designs solely because they were submitted for customization.
Sublimation Blanks
Products identified as sublimation blanks are intended for sublimation use unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a blank is appropriate for their equipment, process, and intended application before pressing or altering it.
Once a blank has been pressed, printed, washed, altered, or otherwise used, it generally cannot be returned unless the product was defective before use and otherwise qualifies under our policies.
Pressing & Sublimation Results
When available, Coal Dust Customs may provide manufacturer recommendations or general information regarding pressing temperature, time, pressure, or preparation.
Such information is provided as guidance and does not guarantee identical results with every piece of equipment or production environment.
Sublimation results can be affected by factors including:
- Heat press calibration
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Pressing time
- Sublimation ink
- Transfer paper
- Printer settings
- Environmental conditions
- Artwork and color profiles
- Product preparation
Customers are responsible for their own pressing processes and equipment.
Testing new products or processes before beginning a larger production run is recommended when practical.
Sublimation Supplies
Customers are responsible for determining whether sublimation supplies are compatible with their printers, presses, blanks, equipment, and production methods unless compatibility is specifically stated in the product description.
Product instructions and manufacturer recommendations should be followed when applicable.
Payment
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout before an order can be processed.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. Those providers may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
Coal Dust Customs does not necessarily receive or store complete credit or debit card information.
Shipping
Coal Dust Customs currently ships within the United States.
Processing and delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping rates, free-shipping eligibility, processing times, tracking, delayed packages, incorrect addresses, and related matters are addressed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect orders, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Eligible sublimation blanks and supplies may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale except in qualifying circumstances such as damage, defects, incorrect products, or errors made by Coal Dust Customs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders for blanks and supplies may generally be changed or canceled before they enter processing or ship.
Custom orders may generally be changed or canceled before production begins.
Once customization or production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, or usage limits.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
- Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Multiple discounts may not be combined.
- Shipping charges and taxes may not count toward promotional minimums.
Coal Dust Customs reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers when permitted by applicable law.
